Seattle
I love Seattle! There is so much to do and see in this city and can't wait to go see it again.
One of the first things we did was see Pike's Place Market, a popular spot for tourists to check out some of the local eateries and the original Starbucks. I was more fascinated by the fact that they had a gum wall alley.
One of the places that I found so amazing was the Chihuly Glass Garden. Honestly, you just have to visit. Check out some of the pictures below.
Right after the garden, I went to the Space Needle right across from the venue. My family was over the Space Needle, but I wanted to check it out since it was recently renovated. I even met a friend along the way who actually bought me a Rainier beer! It's pretty similar to a PBR, but made for Seattle.
Of course no trip would be fun without visiting a national park. So we went to Mt. Olympic National Park. The greenery of this site is huge! Getting there is best via the ferry way. However, plan to get back early; there is such a thing as ferry way rush hour.
Did you know I have a mountain!? I also have a beer. Same spelling and everything.
Mt. Rainier was truly impressive. It's so iconic that people recognize the ridges it makes when viewing Mount Rainier from the distance. We went on an easy hike in the area and saw some majestic sights.
There's plenty to do and see. I'll be going back soon to do some hiking adventures and exploring the town with a set of friends. Safe travels everyone!
